Signage, flyers and newspaper ads for three Great Clips franchises, judged on coupons redeemed.

Who. Three franchise owners who needed foot traffic this month, inside a national brand they had no authority to change.
What. Franchise design is brand work with the hardest constraint attached. The identity is fixed at national level, the marketing runs locally, and the person paying is a store owner counting redemptions. You are not designing a brand. You are making a national brand work on one street.
How. The franchise portal shapes everything — approved assets, locked rules, defined formats — and the craft is finding the room that exists inside it rather than fighting it. The output was deliberately unglamorous and deliberately measurable: in-store signage, flyers, social ads and newspaper advertising, built once and reused across three locations.
Outcome. 57% increase in first-quarter product sales and 45% growth in social engagement, tied directly to coupon redemption, online voting and repeat visits. One digital signage advertisement ran in The Baltimore Sun.
“You are not designing a brand. You are making a national brand work on one street.”
