Campaign visuals across an agency's client portfolio, each brand given its own voice.

Who. Small and mid-size businesses buying marketing from an agency, each convinced — correctly — that their brand shouldn't look like the client next to them.
What. Agency design has a structural risk: a house style leaks. Work made by one team starts to converge, and clients end up paying for a brand that looks like the agency rather than like themselves. Holding ten brands apart while keeping one standard of craft is the actual job.
How. As lead designer I built campaign visuals per client from that client's own positioning rather than from a shared template — different type, different colour logic, different tone — while keeping production standards identical across the portfolio. The consistency lives in the quality, not the look.
Outcome. Follower growth of more than 50% across client channels and an 80% increase in returning customers, with each brand holding a distinct competitive voice.
“An agency's real product isn't the campaign. It's holding ten brands apart while keeping one standard of craft.”
